Ligare Australia was established in 1979 by Richard Celarc. Based in Sydney, Ligare provides specialised, integrated and environmentally friendly printing and value add business solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
Offering world class pre press, printing, binding, warehousing and integrated fulfilment, the business is a trans-Tasman leader in the short to medium size book and journal runs. It became the foundation company of the Group in May 2007.
In October 2007, Ligare Australia acquired the assets of local Sydney company, Southwood Press. Ligare NZ was recently established in Auckland to meet the local print requirements of both existing and new professional and educational publishing customers of the Group.

OPUS uses its proprietary IPALM solution to enable efficient and seamless content creation to consumption. Our customers can utilise multiple content and service delivery options across traditional print, distribute and print, print on demand and online electronic delivery via a full service value chain regional capability
