Fast Turnaround

Fast Turnaround / Short Runs

The operations of Ligare and COS are both suited to printing and binding short to medium run titles with rapid turnaround (often within 2-3 days) for local customers; and providing print and fulfil-on-demand services. COS also produces medium to long run titles, predominantly for export customers.

Regional Print Solutions

Regional Solutions

Our innovative regional solution provides OPUS with the ability to handle all business services and communication solutions for the Asia-Pacific Region, from on-demand digital printing in Australia and New Zealand to long run offshore printing in Asia where lead times allow.

Our offer spans the entire book printing spectrum, from mono to full colour and short-run to long-run requirements. The Group has established strategic alliance partnerships with a number of printers in complementary geographies. These partnerships allow OPUS to offer print-on-demand and distribute and print services in these countries and to surrounding regions while COS is able to fulfill larger and less time sensitive orders.

OPUS has a strategic alliance agreement with Hung Hing Printers, a large publicly listed print company headquartered in Hong Kong with several print facilities in China.  This enables the Group to quote competitively on very large run projects.

OPUS has further extended its strategic alliances to include Hobbs the Printer and MPG Books Group in the United Kingdom, which extends the ability of the Group to service global and Asia-Pacific region customers with cost effective solutions for the European market. The UK alliances are considered important given many of the global publishers OPUS deals with buy their print and business services from the UK, reflecting the more centralised procurement model now being seen.

OPUS is currently finalising a strategic alliance partnership with a large North American Group which will further extend its global reach to manage communciation solutions.
